Armed guards drew their weapons on a feral Cane Corso, completely unaware that a little girl in a pink dress was about to step into the killing zone.

The aftershocks of the Rossetti war were minimal within the Moretti organization. The Spade Crew was neutralized, and the bank records Luciano had followed led to several construction partners who had been illegally funding the Rossettis to gain leverage in the Seaport. Life in Brookline settled into a new, deeper level of sanctuary. The grey Victorian house felt more like home than ever. Adrian insisted on expanding the trust fund to cover not just Sophia, but Elena as well, giving her complete financial independence.

A week after the attack, a massive, custom-built crate arrived at the Brookline house. Sophia screamed with delight upon finding Titan inside, wearing a festive red bow tie.

Adrian stepped inside, holding a small leather folder that was not a deed. "Titan told me that the mansion is too quiet, and Mrs. Bellini says nobody brings warmth to the second floor like both of you. So I decided to manage the administrative operations of my own heart by moving my primary security chief and his family here permanently."

"But, Mr. Moretti..." Elena began, laughing and Suppressing Laughter at the same time.

"It’s not a request, Willa... Elena," Adrian interrupted softly, dynamic and charming in a tailored black suit. "Instinct for order. extraordinary. Besides, I already bought the empty lot next door to build Titan his own superhero cape flight facility."

Elena Castillo laughed, the sweet, clear sound filling the Brookline home, dynamic with natural live-action realism. She looked from her laughing five-year-old heir hugging a 170-pound Neapolitan Mastiff to the powerful crime family leader dynamic in a black suit.
