If I appeared reckless and caused my own injury, every warning I had made would look like an attempt to shift blame.

The edited video solved several problems at once.

It turned me into the unsafe employee.

It protected the forged inspections.

And if I accepted workers’ compensation under Scott’s version, my signed accident statement could be used to support the narrative that the press itself had operated correctly.

Mark had found the cabinet because Scott asked him to destroy old records after the ambulance left.

The email was created that morning.
